1. Reichsburg Cochem: The medieval Reichsburg towers high above the city. Anyone who has always wanted to look down on the roofs of the city should definitely visit this landmark.

2. Chairlift: The Cochem chairlift takes you directly to the Pinnerkreuz, one of the most beautiful vantage points in the city. The animal and adventure park Klotten is also within walking distance from here.

3. Bundesbank bunker: Descend into the former billion dollar empire and learn more about this top-secret safe and nuclear bunker. A must for anyone interested in contemporary history of the Federal Republic of Germany.

4. Historic old town: Explore the medieval town center with its half-timbered houses, narrow streets, churches and the town gate.

5. Mustard mill: Visit the mustard mill in Cochem to take a close look at the mustard miller. Of course, the finished product can be tasted after production.

7.The town of Traben-Trarbachwas known around 1900 as one of the most important wine trading towns.
The underground vaulted cellars of Traben-Trarbach are particularly worth seeing.

Eifel

1. Eltz Castle in Wierschem is the only castle that has survived all wars unscathed.
